What happened to your flavoured coffees. I
Flavoured coffees have been part of our lineup for years and we know many of you love them. Unfortunately, our flavouring equipment is currently out of operation and we've made the decision to pause our flavoured coffee line until we can bring it back the right way. We do have plans to reintroduce flavours in the future — we just don't have a firm timeline to share yet. In the meantime, we think you'll find something to love in our organic and single-origin lineup. Stay tuned — we'll announce it when the flavours are back!
What is your minimum B2B wholesale order to ship free ?
To secure free wholesale delivery all in city deliveries the minimum order amount is $200. Orders for delivery on Vancouver Island or the Interior the minimum order is $400. Any orders under theses amounts will still be filled with an additional shipping charge.
I have heard about mold and pathogens in coffee is your coffee mold free?
It's a fair question and one we take seriously. Mold and pathogens in coffee are a real concern in the industry, which is why we have strict protocols in place at every stage of our process. Before roasting, all incoming coffee is carefully inspected and any damaged or defective beans — including any showing signs of mold — are rejected outright. We use specialized spectrum lighting to detect mold and defects that would otherwise be invisible to the naked eye. Then comes the roasting process itself — our coffee is roasted at temperatures reaching 1,250°F for 12 to 18 minutes, which acts as a complete kill step for any pathogens that may be present. By the time your coffee reaches you, it has passed through multiple layers of inspection and a high-heat roasting process designed to deliver a clean, safe, and exceptional cup every time.
