Our Story
Best Gourmet Coffee Company has been part of the Canadian coffee story since 1989, when the charismatic Gary Ezzati founded the business in Maple Ridge with a simple but powerful belief — that exceptional coffee shouldn't cost a fortune. In 2011, a new generation of owners took the reins with a vision to honour that legacy while raising the bar — earning organic certification, sourcing higher quality beans, and in 2015 moving into our modern 12,000 square foot roasting and packing facility in Delta, BC, where twin Loring Smart Roasters bring precision and consistency to every batch we roast. The equipment has evolved. The commitment hasn't. Over 35 years later, we're still doing exactly what Gary set out to do — giving you the best cup of coffee at a price that makes sense.
